A longstanding holiday tradition of the Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York City, the presentation of its' Christmas tree and 18th-century Neapolitan creche. A 20-foot blue spruce is gracefully adorned with cherubs and angels, while at the base an elaborate collection of Nativity scenes that were traditional to 18th-centry Naples: adoring shepherds and their flocks, the procession of the three Magi, and spirited peasants and townspeople. Mystic Seaport Light is a lighthouse at the south end of Mystic Seaport, 2 miles upriver from Noank, Connecticut. The light is a two-story white shingled structured topped with a glass-enclosed lantern and is a replica of the 1901 Brant Point Light. Wikipedia
